At this time, we do not offer shipping through our online store. All orders must be picked up in-person at our Springvale location. However, we do understand that some customers may require shipping services.

If you would like to request your frames to be shipped, please contact us directly to discuss your options. We are happy to work with you to find the best shipping method and pricing for your needs.

Please note that shipping charges will be in addition to the cost of your order, and will be determined based on your location and the size and weight of your frames.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our picture framing company. If you receive frames that are damaged or of the wrong size, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

For standard-sized frames that are undamaged and in their original packaging, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

However, please note that we cannot offer refunds for custom-sized frames that are specifically made for the customer, as they are unsellable.
